Shipping policy
1. Ready-to-Ship Products (Prints & Pre-Made Items)
All ready-to-ship products are dispatched within three (3) business days of purchase unless otherwise specified in the product listing.
Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:
- Express Post: 1–5 business days (location dependent)
- Standard Post: 5–12 business days (location dependent)
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are subject to the postal carrier. Bloomy Days is not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched. All parcels are sent with tracking. Customers may lodge a delivery investigation directly with Australia Post using the provided tracking number or contact Bloomy Days for assistance.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery details provided at checkout are accurate. Bloomy Days accepts no responsibility for parcels delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect address information supplied by the customer.
Signature on delivery is available upon request and must be selected prior to dispatch. Additional fees apply in accordance with the delivery services.
2. Preservation Orders (Resin, Pressed & Framed Works)
Flower preservation pieces are custom, handmade artworks. The current turnaround time is approximately 6 to 8 months from the date flowers are received at the Bloomy Days studio. This timeframe excludes shipping time. Turnaround times may extend during peak wedding seasons or high-volume periods.
Customers will be updated throughout the preservation process where applicable. Completion confirmation will be issued prior to dispatch
3. Shipping of Completed Preservation Pieces
Bloomy Days takes significant care in packaging all completed works. Due to the fragile nature of preserved artworks, shipping method selection is important.
3.1 Framed Preservation Pieces
Framed preservation pieces are strongly recommended to be shipped via Bloomy Days’ nominated Fragile Freight Service ($170), selected specifically for delicate artwork transportation.
If a customer elects to ship a framed piece via Australia Post:
- Australia Post does not provide fragile handling services.
- Australia Post does not insure or cover framed artworks.
- Bloomy Days is unable to lodge claims for damage to framed pieces under this service.
By selecting Australia Post for framed artworks, the customer acknowledges and accepts the associated risk and agrees to proceed at their own discretion. Bloomy Days is not liable for damage occurring in transit where Australia Post is selected for framed preservation pieces.
3.2 Resin & Smaller Preservation Pieces
Resin and smaller keepsakes may be shipped via Australia Post or courier, depending on size and weight. All items are securely packaged to minimise movement during transit. Bulk or larger orders may be dispatched in multiple cartons to ensure safe delivery.
4. Transit Damage
All transit damage must be reported within 24 hours of confirmed delivery. Customers must retain all original packaging and provide clear photographic evidence of:
- External packaging
- Internal packaging
- The damaged item
Failure to report damage within 24 hours may affect our ability to assess and respond to the claim.
5. Rural & Remote Deliveries
Additional freight charges may apply to rural or remote locations at the discretion of the courier. Any applicable surcharges will be communicated prior to booking or dispatch.
6. International Shipping
International shipping is not available via website checkout. International orders may be arranged upon request. Customers must contact Bloomy Days directly to obtain a freight quote and confirm shipping availability.
7. Oversized Pieces
Certain oversized preservation works may not be eligible for standard postage. Where applicable, this will be stated on the product listing.
