Refund policy
1. Change of Mind
Bloomy Days does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted unless required under the Australian Consumer Law.
2. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
Bloomy Days reserves the right to assess all returned items before approving a remedy.
Refunds will be processed via the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed.
3. Faulty Items & Transit Damage
All transit damage or suspected faults must be reported within 24 hours of confirmed delivery, in line with our Shipping Policy. Customers must email hello@bloomydays.com.au and provide:
- Clear photographs of the damaged item
- Photographs of external packaging
- Photographs of internal packaging
- A detailed description of the issue
Customers must retain all original packaging until the matter is resolved. Failure to notify Bloomy Days within 24 hours may impact our ability to assess or respond to the claim.
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty under Australian Consumer Law, return postage costs will be covered by Bloomy Days.
Flower Preservation Orders
Flower preservation pieces are custom, handmade artworks created using the customer’s own flowers. Due to the personalised and irreversible nature of the preservation process, the following conditions apply:
- Refunds are not available for change of mind.
- Once flowers have been received by Bloomy Days, the preservation process is considered commenced and the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- Cancellations made prior to flowers being received are not eligible for a refund.
In certain circumstances and at Bloomy Days’ sole discretion, payments may be transferred to a future date. This is subject to availability and must be agreed to in writing.
Variations in colour, texture, and appearance are a natural and expected part of the preservation process. These natural changes do not constitute faults.
All other refund and return conditions outlined above apply to preservation orders where relevant.
4. Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Purchases made using a gift card will be refunded back onto a gift card where required under Australian Consumer Law.
