Flower Colour Correcting - Add On
The art of colour correcting. Add this service on top of your flower preservation to ensure your blooms are in the best possible condition. Colour correcting ensures your flowers retain their original beauty. The process involves adjusting and correcting the colours of the flowers to match their natural hues closely, which helps hide any bruising or imperfection that may be on your flowers.
Over time flowers can fade when displayed in frames but colour correction ensure the longevity of the flowers by helping to maintain their vibrancy and appearance.
Locally crafted and finished in-house
Secure your preservation date! We only take a certain number of bookings each week, so don't delay.
Our frames are locally crafted and hand-finished in-house. As they use natural timber, there can sometimes be knots or other marks in the wood. These are not considered a flaw, but rather a feature of their natural beauty.
All our pieces are hand-made, in-house, by our team of floral artists. Working with natural, pressed flowers means that there are sometimes small blemishes, imperfections or damaged petals. This is all part of your piece’s beauty – these flowers tell the story of your special occasion. Our artists focus on placement that highlights the best of each flower. Colour Correction can ensure your flowers retain the most colour and minimise the appearance of bruising. You can learn more about the process here.
Flowers are delicate, and their colour and structure will naturally change as part of the preservation process. Petals can also be bruised during picking, and as they’re carried through your day. Colour Correction can help restore and maintain some of their original colour, helping to hide any more noticeable imperfections. It also slows fading and yellowing for white flowers, which is a natural part of the process.
Our Colour Correction process is entirely optional. You can read more about the preservation process here.
